Khurram Mahmood Butt

Co-Founder & CEO

Technology entrepreneur and CEO of Tarsil Systems, a product-based technology company focused on building innovative software products that help businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, and achieve sustainable growth.

With more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, Khurram brings a strong combination of technical expertise, business understanding, and entrepreneurial leadership to Tarsil. Before building Tarsil, he spent more than 12 years at Ericsson, where he worked on major GSM, 3G, and 4G/LTE projects and gained extensive experience in technology implementation, project management, field operations, and business processes.

His experience working with large-scale technology deployments provided a deep understanding of the operational challenges businesses face—particularly organizations managing distributed teams, field operations, deliveries, and complex workflows.

That experience became the foundation for Tarsil’s product vision: to build practical technology products that solve real business problems.

Under Khurram’s leadership, Tarsil has developed software solutions designed to help businesses manage and optimize their field operations, including order management, route optimization, delivery operations, field-force management, collections, accounting, and real-time operational visibility.

Tarsil’s technology is already operating at significant scale, with:

45M+ items delivered | PKR 30B+ transactions recorded | 1M+ KM tracked live | Operations across 70 cities

The platform has also helped businesses achieve measurable improvements, including:

12.9× average first-year return | 16% more sales per driver | 30% faster payment collection | Customer churn reduced from 32% to 7%

As Founder and CEO, Khurram continues to lead Tarsil’s product strategy, technology direction, and business growth. His focus is on understanding evolving customer needs and transforming those challenges into scalable software products that deliver measurable business value.

His vision for Tarsil is straightforward:

Build world-class technology products that make businesses more efficient, more competitive, and better prepared for the future.
