    Complete the Data Deletion Request Form  with accurate details about your account. This will help us verify your identity and locate your data in our system.
  2. Email Us
    Alternatively, you can email your request to cs@tarsil.pk using the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.” Please include your full name, business name, registered mobile number and email address, and any relevant details about your account to facilitate the process.

 

2. Verification Process

To protect the security of your data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity. This ensures that data deletion requests are only processed for authorized users.

 

3. Data Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • Complete the deletion process within 30 calendar days, as required by applicable laws and regulations.

 

4. Exceptions to Data Deletion

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data, such as:

  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting requirements).
  • To resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
  • To maintain security or prevent fraud.

In such cases, only the minimal required data will be retained, and we will inform you about the specific reason for retention.

 

5. Consequences of Data Deletion

By requesting data deletion:

  • Your account and any associated services will be permanently deleted.
  • You will no longer have access to Tarsil’s platform, features, or functionalities.
