Co-founder and CTO of Tarsil Systems (Pvt) Ltd, where he leads the company’s technology, product vision, and engineering strategy.
With over 9 years of experience in the technology industry, Uzair has a strong background in full-stack software development, system architecture, database engineering, and building scalable SaaS solutions. At Tarsil, he has played a key role in transforming the company’s vision into a platform that helps businesses digitize and effectively manage their field operations.
Under his technical leadership, Tarsil has evolved into a comprehensive field operations management platform, helping businesses manage deliveries, distribution, field sales, order taking, recoveries, and other outdoor business operations with greater visibility and control. His focus remains on using technology to reduce operational inefficiencies and revenue leakages while enabling businesses to scale sustainably.
In 2026, Uzair was honored with the Prime Minister’s Youth Excellence Award, recognizing his achievements and contribution as a young entrepreneur in Pakistan. He was nominated for this national recognition by Virtual University of Pakistan, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Uzair is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and continues to combine his technical expertise with his passion for entrepreneurship.
