Naeem Sattar
Founder & Chief Solutions Architect
Founder and Chief Solutions Architect at Tarsil, where he leads the translation of complex field operations problems into practical, scalable technology solutions.
With more than two decades of experience in software engineering, systems analysis, business applications, and solution architecture, Naeem brings a rare combination of technical depth and firsthand operational experience.
His journey toward Tarsil began while running a water purification and delivery business in Lahore. Managing deliveries, routes, cash collections, field staff and customer expectations exposed a major gap: traditional business software was designed for the back office, while the most difficult operational problems were happening in the field.
Today, Tarsil is being built as an operating system for field-operation businesses, helping companies manage deliveries, collections, routes, riders, inventory, customer transactions and financial operations through one connected platform.
ERPs run the back office. Tarsil runs the field.
At Tarsil, Naeem remains closely involved in product strategy, solution architecture, customer problem discovery and industry-specific business workflows. He works closely with business owners and operational teams to understand where revenue leaks, where processes break, and where technology can create greater visibility, control and scalability.
His product philosophy is simple:
> “The best business software is built by understanding the operational problem deeply enough that technology makes the complexity disappear.”
Tarsil’s journey has also been shaped by persistence. During its early bootstrapping years, the company went through a period of more than a year with monthly revenue of around Rs. 20,000. The founders continued building through shared vision, customer commitment, honesty and grit.
Today, Tarsil has grown into a multi-million-rupee monthly revenue business, attracted angel investment and earned the trust of institutional partners including Accelerate Prosperity.
Naeem’s long-term ambition is to build Tarsil into a globally relevant technology company serving field-operation businesses across Pakistan, GCC/MENA, Africa, Asia and beyond.
He strongly believes that Pakistan can build serious technology products and intellectual property for global markets.
