Naeem Sattar
Chief Solutions Architect
Hy! I am muhammad naeem sattar.
As someone who has been immersed in the software development industry for over two decades, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible transformation that technology has brought about, and the ways in which businesses have adapted to keep pace with these changes. Throughout my career, from my early days as a software developer to my current role as Chief Solutions Architect.
I have come to recognize the critical importance of accessible and intuitive business software that can empower entrepreneurs of all backgrounds to take charge of their operations and finances.
The data speaks for itself – in 2016, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) in Pakistan revealed that a staggering 90% of the non-agricultural labor force in the country worked in micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, which accounted for a significant 40% of the country’s GDP.
This was a powerful testament to the pressing need for a solution that could help these businesses manage their operations more efficiently and effectively.
It was in 2017 that I decided to turn this vision into a reality, embarking on the development of a cloud-based software solution and launching a local business to test its effectiveness. The business, GROCERS, was a water purification and delivery service, with just four vehicles and a team of 8.
Through this venture, I was able to identify and overcome a wide range of challenges related to field operations, while the development team worked tirelessly to refine the software and build solutions that could address these common pain points.
As we continued to grow and expand, I realized that the issues we had encountered were not unique to our business, but rather were pervasive across all types of businesses, regardless of their size or industry.
And so, in 2019, Tarsil was born – a comprehensive software solution designed to help businesses of small size initially, and backgrounds streamline their operations, manage their finances, and achieve their goals.
